Applications:
- Intermediate for the production of plant protection products, including 2,4-D, thiophosphoric acid esters (e.g. dimethoate), 2,4,5-T, MCPA and phosphonates (e.g. glyphosate).
- Raw material for fertilizer production.
MCAA Flakes HP (Monochloroacetic acid) is a high-purity, highly reactive raw material supplied in flake form, with DCAA < 500 ppm. Its chlorine in the α position and carboxyl group exhibit reactivity in organic synthesis.
